About My Father’s Assistance Program
The Lincoln and Eunice Memorial Scholarship
This memorial scholarship fund is in remembrance of our parents, Lincoln and Eunice Duggins’ to commemorate their legacy, their strong support of education and their humanitarian efforts. This scholarship seeks to award outstanding high school students who possess the same fervor and passion for education and commitment to community service.

This Memorial scholarship seeks to award high school students in the following categories with at least $500.00 to attend a college of your choice:
First generation college students
Students in low income households
Families in financial hardship
